Truly an employee-oriented company.

Pros

The company does not "pretend" to care about its employees. They only hire the best and people with a team-spirit. If you don't fit the m.o. of being a team-player, don't apply. They cull those people who are perpetually unhappy, complainers, and those who do not treat others with dignity and respect.

Cons

They only give raises when the company is doing well - and that might be every 5 years.

Pros

This is the best company I ever worked for because of its core values and Management's willingness to uphold them. Some companies only give lip service to mission statements, vision and values. Not so here.

Cons

I wish they had continued making lots of money. I loved our team and would have loved to have kept it together.
