      Pros

      I’ll say one thing about GSI. The pay and benefits are really good. Compensation is very competitive for the industry. Even though I’ve left for greener pastures, I left on good terms and I’m excited for the future of the company. I recommend GSI to anyone looking for a job where the work is meaningful.

      Cons

      You’re going, going, going. Can burn you out if you don’t pace yourself.

      Pros

      As the title implies, it’s a tough job and not everyone is suited for it. They’re not perfect either. I doubt you’ll find anyone who will claim they are. That said, they do the best they can for their staff and are always making moves towards improvements. They have a “two steps forward, no steps back” type of mentality. The ideal company for individuals who fit the mold.

      Cons

      Requires a significant amount of travel.

      Pros

      The people I work with are the best part about working at GSI They’re a great group of people who have each other’s backs. I know they’re there to listen to my ideas and aren’t afraid to share their thoughts and opinions with me. Whenever we work together as a team we jump on it immediately because we know we can rely on one another to get the work done.

      Cons

      You can only get so many days off.
