- They only provide the option for a company phone and don't cover personal cell expenses in lieu of the company phone (I don't want to carry around 2 phones and it would save them money in the long run just throwing $50 my way every month instead of paying for a whole phone and phone bill)
- Typical growing pains: processes are still way too manual/high risk for error, can't hire enough employees fast enough, using archaic systems
- Company branding doesn't match it's current size and projected growth
- Company still requires construction employees to share bedrooms
- Compensation is slightly low, they're behind their competitors by a small margin
- A lot of leaders don't live in Colorado but they expect their corporate employees to be in the office 3 days/week
