      Pros

      The people and culture here are amazing. The work is tough, but fulfilling. We truly do a service to society. There are many opportunities to advance and build a career. The company cares about their employees and the employees care about each other, often coming together when one of us is in a time of need.

      Cons

      Travel can be tough for some.

      Pros

      An ethical company and an outstanding employer. Leadership is trustworthy. Come to learn but be ready to work. Management will expect you to perform at a high level so if you catch flack for not meeting their expectations you shouldn’t be surprised. It’s not that bad though. Probably no worse than what you should come to expect from anyone in a management position just doing their job.

      Pros

      Wow. Just wow. Where do I even begin? With the tight knit culture? The team environment? The strong camaraderie? The great pay and benefits? Putting the COVID fiasco behind us, 2021 is proving to be a whole new year with many new possibilities. Things are truly looking up.

      Cons

      If you’re adverse to hard work apply elsewhere and save yourself a lot of money.
