Great place to work!

Pros

This was a good company to work for. Benefits were great, pay was ok, unfortunately COVID happened and they had to made cutbacks.

Cons

Geoforce was a long drive off the tollway, for me. A chunk of my pay was compromised strictly because of my location and Geoforce location. Other than that no cons.

Pros

Flexible work environment, autonomy as long as performance metrics are met, good benefits and compensation, interesting industry, some great managers and good leadership

Cons

Has become very management centric, too closely tied to the price of oil, employee turnover, product issues, low job security, very little upward mobility
