A company on the verge of being great

Room to grow and expand. Always the ability to get your hands into different operations and contracts of the company. Employees are friendly and close.

Cons

Some management issues, however this is minimal being a very small company. Leads don't have the required experience outside of the company in order to expand the culture. Not enough engineering products to sustain a team of engineers, and there doesn't seem to be a shift in this mindset.
