Pros

Freedom to work on project, creativity encouraged, and suggestions are welcome. Exposure to various researchers and companies. Convenient for a student because you school work is always a priority.

Cons

Once you reach the 25$ per hour you are not able to have a raise. The numbers of hours of work are limited to 29 per week.
