      Best tuition remission benefit I've ever encountered. Great collaboration between faculty, staff, and students, outstanding programs.

      Cons

      Programmatic bureaucracy makes jobs incredibly difficult. Software and processes often updated or completely overhauled without notice until too late.

      Grad school opportunities. University also has good reputation that transfers well when applying to other jobs.

      Cons

      Large and inefficient. It can be very difficult to move up. University is often in the middle of pretty much every political debate which can be exhausting.
