      Pros

      Week off during Christmas/New Year's. Decent but dwindling benefits package.

      Cons

      No direction provided, no job description, constantly rotating management from President to Dean to Chair. No value given to staff contributions. No respect for staff. No upward mobility for staff, and not a great pay scale. A very toxic environment overall.
