Administration, compensation, not student or employee centered, poor value, university is not interested in quality teaching- just the money

The new president and his administration have no respect for the faculty, staff or students. They push their own agenda and hire their cronies for big bucks while firing staff right and left. They are using the pandemic to make drastic changes that were already shot down by the faculty. They spent millions on a culture initiative with Disney and it failed miserably.
