      Incredible, agile, highly capable leadership deeply committed to upholding the organization’s civic mission in the face of chronic institutional underinvestment. Opportunities to grow into higher paid part-time roles or full-time national fellowships.

      Cons

      Working conditions are highly dependent on the federal funding environment (read: election outcomes). Our location in DC only makes us more of a target compared to programs receiving the same grants at other universities. The organization has hemorrhaged talent over the last two years as a result.
