      Wonderful FWS job while I was a student.

      Pros

      The staff is wonderful, friendly, and flexible and I would highly recommend the office as a great on campus job

      Cons

      Only available to FWS students and if someone is interested in higher education administration the program is more focused on politics, political management then university life.

      Pros

      Excellent professional development including degree seeking opportunities. Cross-functional approach to making important decisions and project work. Bright students and staff and cultural events all around--a great environment in which to learn and always experience something new.

      Cons

      Although the collaborative environment is a plus, it can be frustrating at times as it can slow progress. As the University is quite large, you have to build your own network to be most successful.
