      Pros

      GWU Colleagues are so friendly and supportive. The professionalism is awesome, and the University invests a great deal of resources on training and development. I worked for GWU for over 18 wonderful years until Covid-19 hit and we were laid off. I had a great deal of respect for President LeBlanc. He knew me by name and always made me feel greatly appreciated. GWU is a fantastic employer!

      The parking is expensive. GW has their on campus parking lots, but you pay a premium for parking.

      Great Field Medics. Great Pay......until July 1

      Cons

      GWU decided to cut the Field Medics pay by 47% beginning July 1 AND increasing number of days worked per month by an additional 5 (24) shifts. That's an extra 55 days a year just to ALMOST break even with current year. FAILURE
