Pros
Excellent people (non-faculty). Very little-to-no work outside business hours.
Cons
The administration has serious issues with the budget that will likely affect how your department will operate. Faculty are a major pain, demanding and opinionated, always certain to be right...with almost no knowledge of anything technical and very little concern for your effort.
