      -Wonderful to work on a college campus. So many great resources available to employees. -Generally good camaraderie among employees -Excellent benefits, including tuition for degree programs

      I was treated poorly on the first day

      Highest pay in the region.

      Cons

      Racism. I was told by a faculty on the first day with a narcissist tone: 'Why you are here?' and then I faced a racist situation and when I complained politely I was told that I will not be hired again. Awful experience. Still traumatized.
