      Individual unit was great, university pay is below market for DC

      Pros

      Loved the unit I worked in. Very supportive, and leadership always stood ten toes down behind staff.

      Cons

      Georgetown's salary structure is way below market for librarians in DC. We often lost staff after 2-3 years to Library of Congress or GW because they had way better pay.

      Flexible, lets you pick your preferred time slots. Minimal oversight if you miss one week's OH or recitation.

      Cons

      Disorganzied, grading duties and recitation material can pop up very last minute.
