      The people who work here are amazing

      Cons

      Low pay Most folks are severely overworked Limited support from administration and leadership Very limited upward mobility Poor inclusion Poor organizational structure and little centralization The university has seen a mass exodus of long-term employees in the last two years because it is not a conducive or appreciative organization anymore.

      - Promotions and raises are essentially "not a thing," so you will quickly be underpaid compared to what you could receive from other employers - Senior leadership is overwhelmingly white and male, and all levels of employees feel the impact of this
