      Pros

      Pros; the campus is beautiful, and there are lots of shops and stores near.

      Cons

      Management is awful, HR is awful, pay is awful, working conditions are awful, parking is a arm and a leg. You spend half of your paycheck paying for parking. It’s just bad. I’ll NEVER look Georgetown’s way again, so disappointed.

      Pros

      Recruitment is fairly quick campus has a lot of resources and shops in the neighborhood. College places students first and works really hard preparing faculty and staff to give students a good educational experience.

      Cons

      Very poor compensation and morale. Management really doesn't care about its staff. Very little tuition reimbursement, very expensive parking for the staff, will overwork you with poor pay. Expects employees to do two jobs and pay poorly. Very poor diversity. Not recommended as an employer.
