Name recognition/reputation, benefits, especially if you have kids and are willing to stick it out far too long
Cons
-Below market pay rates and pay increases -Culture that values faculty over business administrators and professionals and does not empower people to do their jobs or go above and beyond -Leadership that is almost entirely male and have been at Georgetown for a significant part of their careers (lacking outside perspective)
