      Pros

      Excellent faculty, research scientists and physicians. Great cutting-edge research, therapies and individuals to write about. Strong medical center website and engaging Medical School Magazine.

      Cons

      The administration, as with many universities, is top-heavy, awkward, highly bureaucratic and hopelessly outdated. Lack of resources, out of date systems such as computers, cumbersome review processes.

      Pros

      Was a nice place to work until the current regime arrived from the AOC ( Architect of the Capitol ) two years ago. We had a decent Union until the bunch of them arrived.

      Cons

      15 managers all came from AOC ( Architect of the Capitol) and are inept at what they do. All fluff and spreadsheets to justify the high six figure income they all receive. One manager was relieved / requested to resign at AOC for discrimination, and still "landed" a job (123,000.00 salary) from the big boys that came over from there.
