      Pros

      There's a great sense of community among the employees and it's an enjoyable place to work. Good benefits and fairly relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      The administration is very shortsighted and often fails to see the big picture. I often struggled to make them understand that spending a little money now would save a lot of money in the future. There is also way too much red tape which makes it hard to get things done efficiently.
