      Pros

      Great people, great location, and education opportunities. The culture here is fabulous, and I really love the people I work with.

      Cons

      Typical work problems. I might add that traffic, or getting to the university, is a bit difficult, but they have provided ways around that. The free shuttle is nice.

      Pros

      I got great experience as a teaching assistant, and had a full scholarship and stipend. The professors I worked with were fantastic.

      Cons

      Being a TA is strange, because you're doing a very important job- in my case explaining complex grammatical concepts to beginners in a language - without the time or a resources afforded to professors. I don't think this is specific to Georgetown; it's just the way it is. Generally, I found the students good and engaged, but there's a certain privileged white "bro" ethos among some of the undergrads that can be troubling.
