      Retirement benefits are terrific. Contribute 3% of your pre-tax salary and Georgetown will match with 10%. A new teleworking policy is taking effect.

      Cons

      The base pay, especially for hourly workers, is lower than other universities in Washington, DC. Parking is atrocious and expensive. Childcare center has fewer than 60 spaces available at once.
