      Great colleagues, great students, great location, great working conditions.

      Cons

      Very inequitable pay structure. Some professors make a lot of money, many others of same qualifications don't even make $50,000 a year.

      Pros

      I have plenty of opportunities for professional growth and development, such as attending trainings to broaden my skill set and the ability to co-design and oversee research projects. I enjoy being able to take leadership of my projects. Good time off procedure, and lots of holidays since the university is religious and observes national holidays.

      Cons

      Sometimes the bureaucracy at the university can be frustrating. It often takes a long time to get things approved, especially salary increases.

      Pros

      High paying, Calm environment. It's a university, so part-time positions are best for current students. Definitely only go full-time if you are a professor or something of that nature. All the regular staff seem kind of depressed, except for the security guards. Surprisingly chipper.

      Cons

      Boring work, Few challenges, Little advancement. The full-time employees are all a bit sleepy and complacent. Difficult environment if you like to get things done efficiently. Coffee also is pretty bad.
