Pros

The hours were pretty flexible hours and they understand that you're a student first and have other obligations. I didn't find my job too demanding, and there was decent compensation as well.

Cons

Some semesters I did not get as many hours as I wanted because upperclassmen received higher priority in terms of scheduling.

Pros

Georgetown is a great University, very prestigious...but the School of Nursing is profoundly awful. They have a very solid reputation for being a band of misfits from senior management, to HR. Everyone is completely unprofessional except for the coordinators who are all looking for jobs right now.

Cons

There is a huge staff turnover. The leadership is corrupt and poorly manages people. Most people are looking for jobs at work and at least 15 people have left within the last six months. People are still leaving. Georgetown as a whole is not bad but this specific School of Nursing and Health Studies is in shambles. If you see a job posting there, RUN.
