      Pros

      Good benefits and an encouraging work environment. The university often tries to recruit from within, leading to a possibility for advancement.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be stingy with pay increases. After a few years of working in the same position, no raise offered, even after request.

      Pros

      The other employees are like a family, training is excellent for technology helpdesk work, I feel like I belong to a great group of people, salary is the best around for currrent students.

      Cons

      Don't expect to have managers who can lead well, i have very little to say that is negative about working here.
