      Pros

      Pay is pretty good. The job is easy enough if you are good at Econ. Flexible hours if something comes up.

      Cons

      Did not get paid one week but issue was quickly resolved. No other cons that I can think of.

      Pros

      Small environment, incredible students, wonderful colleagues. Encourages professional development. Good opportunities to work closely with students and faculty. Strong comittment to excellence in teaching and learning.

      Cons

      Leadership has been spotty and that has hurt the work culture at times. New budgetary cutbacks have been felt across the board and a reorganization has left some wondering about the rationale for what resulted.
