      Pros

      Great place for students and staff. The university is operated under Jesuit values and these values are reflected in every aspect of the campus.

      Cons

      Georgetown is extremely tradiotional. Systems are old and innovation is not as cherished as it would be at other universities.

      Pros

      There is lots of collaboration, and many people passionate about research and teaching and want to make Georgetown University a great school.

      Cons

      Some of the faculty are not relevant, or don't care to stay up to date; you have to choose wisely who you work with. Also, there is horrible bureaucracy.
