      Great resources and connections; situated in a major city; interesting students, esp. at the graduate level; reputation suggests expertise and positive contributions in one's given field

      Cons

      Not the most cutting edge in terms of technology or infrastcture -- however the new business school is nice. Undergrads seem entitled and preppy; arcane Jesuit valuess

      This is a good place to work because it has a nice family environment and your coworkers are genuinely good people.

      Cons

      There is very little growth potential in most of the positions available in this office. Middle management is adverse to change.

      The University prides itself on its Jesuit heritage, and senior management seems to understand this, but it doesn't trickle down to lower levels.
