Pros
Colleagues at Georgetown are mission-driven and generally supportive of each other. Traditionally an in-office work environment but hybrid and full-time remote options are becoming much more common. The university is focusing on developing a diverse and equitable culture. Education benefits are a big plus.
Cons
As a non-profit educational institution salaries are not that competitive. There's room for improvement in career pathing. Advancement and pay increases are hard to come by and are often postponed.
