Pros

Job security with all the current job cuts of federal gov. Is nice to have. Theres alwayssss work to get done. Never bored. Benefit package is decent. Gtown employess get good retirement investment opportunities.

Cons

It depends which cancer team youll be on if you will swamped with data entry. Georgetown l Iombardi takes on a huge load of studies/subjects on trial so that means more work. My coworkers reach a burn out point and alot of turnover. Theres no really growth unless if you want to become a research coordinator /nurse. Parking onsite is pricey. But they have shuttles that take you to metro.
