The job allows you to work from home for the vast majority of the school year with only around 15 in person days

Cons

The school is mimicking a public school so when I was there it was a 6 or 7 period day.

The ability to work from home.

Cons

I enjoyed this job until last year when they fired a lot of good administrators and hired other people in their place. The whole work atmosphere has changed, and they continue to give teachers more and more to do. I work every weekend and before and after school. It's frustrating that GCA does not care more about teachers. Teachers are so overburdened with data that there is little time to focus on teaching good lessons and helping students.
