Admin ties your hands, bows to parents, gives so many tasks not giving time for real prepping No work life balance

You can work from home, the pay is okay.

Cons

They are ran like a cut throat business not a school. When your first hired read over your contract very carefully. Remember you don’t have a teacher’s union to join and fight for you. This company can and will fire you for no reason. There isn’t a lot of job security for teachers, unless you already know someone working in the company.Knowing what I know now about this school, I would have never accepted the job.
