Working from home Fair Pay Great Co-Workers Benefits are Amazing!! Even though you work from home, you feel as though you can leave work, at work most days.

Cons

Not being able to bond face to face with co-workers. Training can be difficult if you are not a computer person. As the school continues to grow(YAY) changes take effect and they are not always done so in a way that meets all departments equally and correctly.

GCA gives you the opportunity to work indecently. The staff is extremely helpful and supportive across all departments.

Cons

There is a lot to learn when you first start. It can be a bit overwhelming. Once you get the hang of it there is nothing to it.
