Coworkers were incredible and the only thing that kept me there as long as I was.

Teachers are micromanaged and continuously given new tasks with zero communication or compensation.

I would really think hard before applying. There are a lot of demands and requirements. Plus an administration that does not care about their staff.

Cons

Meetings all day You have to provide documentation for any sick leave taken You must administer to all last minute changes
