Work from home which is great

Cons

Work 15 to 20 hours a day and cant keep up with the workload that's with working 7 days a week. The poor students have more work and tests than any brick and mortar schools. So much that they can't complete their work by the ridiculous deadlines. This school is set up to fail the students and the teachers.

School level leadership was fabulous. Work from home

Cons

Upper level leadership gives no explanations and does not know how to create a contributive work environment. Hires cronies without regard to ability. HR is nonexistent if you have real questions. Hostile work environment—if you like watching your back constantly, this is the place for you!
