Working from home, great balance if you have the right team lead.
Cons
Cliquish organization, you will get support if you are in the right circles, otherwise expect to be on the chopping block. There is sketch decision making. They have a high teacher turnover, they are going through major organizational changes and have even laid off quite a few employees. You will not get a decent salary here, and there will be no time to work another position. You will be expected to work after hours, even though you are not expected to work after hours. If you have a position there, please document all correspondence with students and staff. It helps if fight the scapegoating.
