Georgia Developmental Services has an employee rating of 1.5 out of 5 stars, based on 15 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a poor working experience there.
Owners think they are geniuses in running a business, but fail to support staff and employees. Only care about making money even though this is a therapy clinic for children. They make promises and then pretend they didn’t say anything when follow ups occur. Steer clear.
The coworkers make it feel like a family and work together to help each other out. The pay is pretty fair. Working only Monday through Friday is also good.
Cons
They play favorites, don’t take their employees health into consideration, no sick days. If a child is sick they’re still allowed to come in and they don’t get sent home if/when they get sick at school (throw up, diarrhea, etc). There isn’t any real supervision and your schedule changes constantly throughout the day. Unless you’re one of the management favorites don’t expect to be treated well. There are too many cons and they outweigh the pros.
