Pros

It was a great way to work with children and teens. You are able to be flexible with hours.

Cons

You are only paid per client. I was told I would be full time in no time, but still had the same amount of clients. You are only paid the full amount per client hour. That being said, if you worked with a client for 30min, you would only get 30min pay. It was cool to work at a school; however, I was not able to get paid for the time I was there. I could not go to an appointment at 8:30 am and leave, then come back at 3:30 PM. They need to pay per the time someone is at the school. Great concept, but this is per client, not per hour. Less clients or cancellations=little pay.
