No stockholders to please (privately held by Koch Industries) Big company and bigger owner company with endless opportunities Pay has always been decent for my job title I have always had good bosses

Cons

Big company that has its fair share of bad leaders Company cannot make changes fast Doesn't always spend money on things that need to happen
