Pros

Reflective of Koch Industries culture and MBM® culture which offers concrete opportunity to display what value you can add to the business with a sound challenge process. Culture and values are really top class. I also have appreciated very much the sense of integrity and compliance in all aspects.

Cons

Downside is that you may end up in a business that is later sold due to lack of competitive advantage, hence it may be difficult to stay in the group as it happened to me.
