Cons

During my time at GP, I experienced a micromanagement culture, with limited opportunities for professional growth or advancement. Despite being with the organization for nearly five years, I did not receive a raise, bonus, or additional compensation—despite consistently contributing to key initiatives. Promotions often appeared to be influenced more by personal relationships than by qualifications or experience, which created a perception of favoritism, inconsistency and low morale. In IT compensation was not tied to performance but rather left to managerial discretion. One manager explicitly stated that salary decisions were based on his personal desertion that's how he controls what people make. This directly contradicts the Koch PBM principles of fairness. Overall, there is a need for more transparent and experienced leadership, clearer advancement paths, and a stronger alignment with the organization’s stated values and performance model.
