Very Solid Work-Life Balance

Pros

In multiple roles at GP, the culture has remained steadfast. The people are very respectful and down to earth. A great starting company as a young professional.

Cons

It is difficult to find promotion opportunities at the mid-level as they are few and far between. Also, there is not a lot of diversity at the leadership level. The sourcing and procurement organization is maybe the one exception to that.
