Decent pay…. But

Pros

Decent pay and a very large company. They have very good insurance coverage including dental and vision.

Cons

To go into the Atlanta office employees have to pay 7 dollars a day or 100 dollars a month for parking. Raises can be hard to come by even when going above and beyond. No yearly raises are given. Culture is talked about but not lived. Often times I was expected to work 7 days a week and having any sort of life outside of work was frowned upon by my direct boss. The culture is very old school and as a younger team member I was not treated with the same respect as more senior members.

Pros

Industry leading compensation packages. Salaried based on value creation not tenure.

Cons

Front line employees may work in non-climate controlled environments.
