Pros

Employer benefits, competitive wages, work schedule

Cons

It needs a lot of work on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility for minorities besides hiring them to comply with Federal Labor Laws. This location is now accepting more women than ever, which is good. However, non-white groups have minimal access to the same Inclusion, Equity, and Accessibility to be promoted. Also, this facility offers junior prospects better opportunities instead of empowering and valuing the most experienced employees.

Pros

Great culture that welcomes different perspectives and challenge. Genuinely cares about developing talent and ensuring their people are fulfilled and driving value in what they do.

Cons

It depends on what business you work for to determine cons and honestly there aren't many where I currently work.
