Pros

As part of the Koch companies, there are many opportunities to move within the organization. GP has one of the best corporate cultures that focuses on people first. You and your co-workers were hired for both their virtues and talents, which makes for a healthy, high performance, and diverse work environment. The work/life balance is very good as well. The company re-invests 90% of its earnings, so there is always work to do.

Cons

Retaining talent is always a challenge, and GP has made strides recently here.

Pros

- Benefit - Perks - Remote

Cons

It depends on who could be your supervisor. The work environment can be toxic when your coworkers are not supportive. Their system is pretty old.
