Pros

3 day weekends were nice. You have flexibility for scheduling your own hours.

Cons

Zero performance reviews, guidance, proper onboarding, relevant training, feedback, management, mentorship, not open to challenge process, senior leaders don’t practice what Koch preaches, no bonuses, no praise, not open to new ideas or feedback, totally skewed pay from one person to the next in the same roles.

Pros

Laid-back work atmosphere. People usually help whenever you need it. Lots of good people here.

Cons

Supervision is stuck in "The good old days" ; They have not kept up with the most recent advances in leadership styles. I will say they are trying. The excuse of "That's the way we've always done it" is overused and keeps the mill from moving forward.
