Pros

I can't really say that I have a good comment about this place, Other then I do get a check once every two weeks!!

Cons

12 hr swing shift! Machines are never running good enough that you can breath! You have to clock in at 638 clock out time is 715. You have to clock out for lunch. Blowing napking dust (machine) down fully at 645. If you can't be quick you're not going to make it here! You won't last 6months. Everyone sucks but the employees you work with an the team leaders! You get points if you call in that you'll be late ahead of time 7 you out the door.

Pros

The people, except most were just laid off

Cons

The BOD is money driven and doesn’t care about employee moral or paying their employees well. They sell toilet paper, had their best year, and laid off over 100 people.

Thank you for all of the hard work and time you have dedication to the team and organization. Since late 2019 with the launch of our new vision, we have been working and focusing on areas needed to transform in order to achieve those goals. The tough decisions were not easy to make. I want you to know that I am sharing this with the appropriate leadership team as awareness and feedback. Thank you again for sharing- Molly from Talent Solutions

Do not trust this company

Pros

Big company with deep pocketswon't go broke but they will fire you.

Cons

promises to pay for performance is a lie. You can achieve and exceed sales goals and not make a commission or bonus. They use all government benefits for the company and not the employee. Trump corporate tax cut went into the business zero wage increases, zero bonus, zero commission. Covid 19 assistance along with record year for production lead to staff being fired, yes fired.
