Pros

I really can't think of any

Cons

Feels like walking into the 90's working here. 401k match is only paid out if you work there for more than 4 years. The IT department have no clue what they are doing and only pretending to work since Koch does the actual work. Same goes for Security; The entire department only exists for itself. There is Zero working with the rest of the business on anything important. They will throw you under the bus if it means leadership stays in leadership. Leadership will take credit for your work.

Pros

Health Benefits, 401K, Remote Work Flexibility

Cons

During my time at GP, I experienced a micromanagement culture, with limited opportunities for professional growth or advancement. Despite being with the organization for nearly five years, I did not receive a raise, bonus, or additional compensation—despite consistently contributing to key initiatives. Promotions often appeared to be influenced more by personal relationships than by qualifications or experience, which created a perception of favoritism, inconsistency and low morale. In IT compensation was not tied to performance but rather left to managerial discretion. One manager explicitly stated that salary decisions were based on his personal desertion that's how he controls what people make. This directly contradicts the Koch PBM principles of fairness. Overall, there is a need for more transparent and experienced leadership, clearer advancement paths, and a stronger alignment with the organization’s stated values and performance model.
