Pros

The people who work below upper management are some of the best in the industry, unfortunately the upper management lacks the guiding principle of humility which blinds them from awknowledging this.

Cons

Failure to grasp the true meaning of MBM. No concept of what it takes to retain talent or what competitive pay means. GP is nothing more than a stepping stone to a true career path.

Pros

People I worked with. What I actually did.

Cons

People I worked for. Upper/middle/lower management. Whole corporate attitude was two faced BS.

Pros

Really nothing worth writing about

Cons

Doesn't pay cost of living increase. Doesn't pay fair bonuses. Top brass makes sure it gets paid for the accomplishments of others.
